Alexia is sick and cannot go to the circus but that evening her cat changes into a tiger who takes her to the circus on his back... "the girl who helps with the animals is sick". There she helps with the acts and after a very busy but exciting day the Ringmaster carries a tired Alexia her home, lead by the tiger. The last picture Alexia is fast asleep with the cat curled up next to her - but there is a tell tale ballon floating in the room.
